- Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for waiting buyers.
- Arrange tours of your home for our agents.
- Promote your property for maximum exposure to other agents in the area.
- Coordinate opportunities for agents and buyers to view your home.
- Provide maximum exposure on the Internet.
- Inform you regarding changes in the marketplace as well as finance terms, and their effect on the sale of your property.
- Increase showings by the use of a lockbox at your home.
- Provide an info line for potential buyers.
- Hold Open Houses by myself when appropriate.
