My Plan for Marketing your Home:

  1. Prepare a written comparative market analysis and choose a competitive asking price which will create market activity and demand for your home.
  2. Submit the listing to the appropriate Multiple Listing Services.
  3. Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for waiting buyers.
  4. Arrange tours of your home for our agents.
  5. Promote your property for maximum exposure to other agents in the area.
  6. Coordinate opportunities for agents and buyers to view your home.
  7. Provide maximum exposure on the Internet.
  8. Inform you regarding changes in the marketplace as well as finance terms, and their effect on the sale of your property.
  9. Increase showings by the use of a lockbox at your home.
  10. Provide an info line for potential buyers.
  11. Hold Open Houses by myself when appropriate.
  12. Aggressively advertise and promote your home in accordance with our corporate marketing strategy.
  13. Provide information booklets/ flyers as hand-out for buyers and at Open Houses.
  14. Assist in the buyer’s effort to obtain financing.
  15. Review closing documents and guide you through escrow. 
  16. Attend and facilitate the close of escrow.
